Drone Inspections

By combining our rope access background with aerial drone technology, we deliver fast and safe inspections where traditional access may be difficult or time-consuming. Drones allow us to capture high-resolution conventional and thermal imagery and video including 3D mapping, providing clients with clear data for decision-making. Ideal for large structures, rooftops, towers, and offshore assets.

Thermal Imaging Inspections

Our DJI Matrice 4TD drone uses high-resolution thermal sensors to detect heat loss, insulation failure, water ingress, and electrical or mechanical hotspots across large industrial or commercial sites. Each image is RTK-georeferenced for centimetre-level accuracy, allowing precise fault mapping and trend comparison over time. Surveys can also be carried out at night, when temperature differences are most visible, ensuring accurate results with minimal disruption to operations.

High-Precision Zoom Inspections

Our drone’s high-magnification optical zoom allows us to capture fine details from a safe distance — ideal for inspecting roofs, towers, and structures without the need for access equipment. This capability enables clear, close-up imagery of bolts, welds, joints, and surface defects while maintaining full operational safety and efficiency.

3D Modelling & Digital Reconstruction

Using high-resolution aerial imagery and RTK-accurate mapping, we create detailed 3D models of industrial and commercial structures for inspection, planning, and maintenance purposes. These digital reconstructions allow clients to view, measure, and analyse every aspect of a building — from roof geometry to surface condition — without the need for physical access. Models can also be integrated into existing asset management or CAD systems, providing a precise visual record for ongoing maintenance and project documentation.

Rope Access Inspections

We partner with Altofix to provide safe, cost-effective access to hard-to-reach areas using rope access techniques. Our combined experience covers bridges, power stations, factories, steel mills, construction sites, the energy sector and more. From close visual inspections to photographic evidence gathering, we ensure accurate and detailed assessments with minimal disruption.

Maintenance and Repairs

Beyond inspections, our partnership with Altofix allow us to carry out maintenance and repair works, from roof repairs and steelwork maintenance to cladding repairs and general site upkeep. Our rope access methods ensure works are completed efficiently, even in restricted or elevated locations.

Reporting & Documentation

We provide professional inspection reports tailored to client requirements, formatted to industry standards. Reports include photographic evidence, videos, 3D mapping, condition ratings, and recommendations to support asset management and maintenance planning.
